Yup. I’m crazy.
I miss snow.
I miss this
Cold, fluffy, powdery SNOW. I know I will be complaining about the cold just as soon as it gets here. I know at some point I will hate it. I know I have bipolar tendancies. But seriously. I want a cold snowy day where we can all stay home in our pjs, I can burn my yummy Yankee vanilla cupcake candles and I can make potato leek soup and beer bread! And then perhaps make cupcakes too because it’s winter and I can wear sweaters and feel no shame
Dreaming of snow has also got me in the Christmas mood. I have become one of those people who shops waaay before Black Friday. I have a goal to be 100% done by end of October. Don’t be haters shopper procastinators!
I am addicted to online shopping. I never did it back home, but will probably always do it from now on. For one I can add everything I want to my cart, then go through and actually think about what I want or need. Second I can shop deals. And third I love being able to read reviews. Most online retailers offer free shipping. Except of course Target. Grrrr!
But since it is not cold and the holidays are still far enough away, I bring to you my most favorite chicken recipe. I saw the recipe on Mama with Flavor’s blog and loooove it.
*drool*
Easy. Quick. Delicious. Tastes better than any rotisserie chicken I’ve had.
If the idea of holding a whole chicken is just too close to the real thing for you, then go for parts. But I would definitely recommend bone in. I can not vouch for boneless!
I’ve done it the whole chicken way like Mama with Flavor, but I prefer using thighs and legs. It’s just easier and cooks quicker.

I love winter and all thing wintery! Though this winter will suck
Thank God he will be here for Christmas at least. Great job making this recipe even more yours! Tweaking and twiddlin’ around is fun!
I’ve never quite experienced actually having snow in L.A. I’ve lived in L.A for most of my life and I already get freezing cold when it hits a good 40 degrees here. It must be nice to experience some type of white rain with everlasting breeze! The chicken looks absolutely delish!
